Meet Madeline!

Hi there! A while back, in April or something, I made a doll called Madeline. I added her to my About My Dolls page, but I never introduced her. So today I will!

She is about 1 or 2 inches tall. Her body is made out of pipe cleaners and her head is wooden bead. I drew on her face with a skinny Sharpie. She is able to move her arms and legs.

Her hair is just yarn that I braided. Her hat is just two small circles of felt sewed together. I cut an opening at the bottom and glued it onto her head.

Her shirt is embroidery floss wrapped around her and her skirt is felt.

As you can see here, her back is messier than her front. I used hot glue so it would dry fast, but if I were to make one of these dolls again in the future, I would use Elmer's or some kind of clear-drying, flexible glue.

Her boots are also embroidery floss wrapped around her feet and secured with hot glue.

Even though I messed up on a couple things on her, I still think she is super cute.

Now for a photoshoot!

Thanks for reading!

P.S. Please comment on my What is she saying post! I need more captions!
P.P.S. I am going to England soon. Please vote on the poll on the sidebar of which doll I should take with me!
