Sadie's new hair!

Hello! Oh my word, I just cut Sadie's hair! I decided to show you guys how I did it, so let's just jump right in!

So here's her hair before it was cut. As you can see, it's super frizzy, and I have tried EVERYTHING to fix that. Nope. Nothing does it. I washed it with lots of conditioner, did the fabric softener spray, Downy Dunk. No. So I decided to just give it a little trim.

I cut her hair a while ago, and as you can see here, it is extremely uneven.

First, I taped cotton balls over her eyes so they wouldn't get water in them when I washed her hair. I learned this technique from Kaitlyn over at American Girl Place.

Next, I washed her hair with a LOT of conditioner.

Then I brushed her hair out on a towel.

Look at all that hair! :0

I then put her hair into a low ponytail where I wanted to cut it.

After a bit of work (since her hair is so thick) I cut off the ponytail.

And...here she is! Wow, it's so short! Heh heh...*nervous laughter* I'm not sure if it looks good or not, but it's definitely less choppy and frizzy. It is still a bit frizzy, but less.
