(by the way, I used gluten free flour and dairy free butter, so you can totally use gluten and dairy free stuff if you have allergies like I do)
For the crust, you will need:
*1/2 cup flour
*2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon butter
*1 tablespoon sugar
*makes 2 mini pies
...until it looks something like crumbs.
Mix in the sugar.
Add water, a little at a time, until it turns into a dough.
Grease two spots in a muffin pan.
Pre-heat your oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
Put your dough into your muffin pan.
Put it into the oven for about ten minutes, or until golden.
Mmm! Now let's make the filling! By the way, I didn't use actual pumpkin because I don't really like pumpkin pie. But if you want to, you totally can!
Put some marshmallow in a bowl...
...and melt them in the microwave. Only do about ten seconds at a time, because marshmallows will explode if you put them in for longer!
Add some orange food coloring to make it look like pumpkin.
Mine wasn't enough because I ran out of marshmallows, so I added some powdered sugar and milk.
Now just put it in the crust!
Add a little glob of white frosting for whipped cream and you're done!
Yum!
